|Recommended: YesReview — Area is fine rent is affordable-ish the building is nice on the outside, but if the inside you have bare wood flooring. Like what you get when you strip the carpet flooring and just leave it like that. Every day I get kicked by a nail sticking out of the floor boards. The trim doesn't connect to the floors because there's nothing on top of the base boards, also leaving gaps between the floor and trim for small objects to be lost forever. The apartment smells bad too. If you live here invest in house shoes even though those will be tore up by the flooring as well , and keep the air circulating.
